Japanese Petanque unites under JPBU

(東京・2006年2月14日) 永い間混乱していた日本のペタンク界が今日統一向けての結論がでた。今日の会議に、４っの団体が出席した、その中で３っの団体がJPBU構想に賛同し、その結果で国際連盟のアゼマ会長の判断で、JPBUがFIPJPの公認団体としての国際の窓口として承認された。JPBUは、日本ブールスポーツ連盟、日本ペタンク・プロヴァンサル競技連盟、日本ペタンクリーグ、３団体が構成するNPO法人になった。これに依って、日本ペタンク・ブール連合（JPBU)がFIPJPの国際窓口から認定され、日本のブーリスト達の世界えの扉を開いた。

(Tokyo, February 14, 2006) Japanese petanque became united today when a majority among rival nationwide organizations agreed to join forces under the lead of the JPBU organization. This significant development of unification was established with the guidance of a delegation from the FIPJP (Chairman Mr. Azema and Premier Vice-president Mr. Keberle) and talks between top-representatives from four Japanese organizations at a meeting in Tokyo. The JPBU is now supported by the following three organizations: Japan Boules Sport Federation, Japan Petanque and Provencal Game Federation, Japan Petanque League. Officially recognized by the FIPJP, the JPBU is now the only organization in charge of dealing with internationally related petanque matters in Japan.
