スポールブール世界選手権は9月26日ー10月１日まで日本を含め27カ国の参加により、イタリア・トリノで開催されている。

（5分間、距離14-15M）種目ではフランスチームにより57当/59投（ティール成功率96.6％）という世界新記録が樹立されている。

The World Championship Sports-Boules 2005 Mondial was held from the 26th September to 1st October in Torino, Italy. 27 countries participated in this event where the French team set a new world record in the progressive competition. Out of 59 tries. the French player succeeded 57 times (shooting ratio of 96.6%).
